Everything you need to know about our Wine Club — shipments, customization, member benefits, and more.

Joining & Membership

  • Joining is simple. Visit our Wine Club page, choose a tier (3, 6, or 12 bottle), and complete the member sign-up. You'll be billed only when shipments are released — twice a year, in spring and fall.

  • No upfront fee. Membership requires a minimum of two consecutive shipments — after that, you can pause, modify, or cancel at any time.

  • Absolutely. Email us at wineclub@grimmsbluff.com or update directly via your member portal — changes take effect on your next shipment.

  • Gift memberships are available for one full year (two shipments). Contact us directly and we'll arrange the details, including a personalized welcome note.

Shipments & Customization

  • Twice a year — spring (April/May) and fall (October/November). We avoid extreme heat and holiday delivery delays. You'll get an email two weeks before each shipment with your selection and the option to customize.

  • Yes. Each shipment defaults to a curated selection, but you can fully swap bottles to taste through the member portal — within your tier's bottle count. The customization window opens 14 days before shipment.

  • We ship to most U.S. states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted. A complete list is on the checkout page. International shipping is not currently available.

  • No — shipping is calculated at the time of each shipment based on your address. California members occasionally receive free shipping promotions.

  • Yes — federal law requires an adult (21+) signature for any wine delivery. Plan to have someone home, or have your shipment redirected to a workplace or pickup location. We are not responsible for returned or lost packages.

Pickups, Holds & Returns

  • Yes — local members are welcome to pick up at our Pickup Party (spring), at one of our monthy Members Evenings, or by appointment.

  • After your two-shipment minimum, yes. Email us at least 7 days before the shipment date and we'll skip you for that release. You may only put your account on hold for one shipment. 

  • If your wine arrives damaged or flawed, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. We stand behind every bottle that leaves the estate.

Member Benefits

    • 3 Bottle: 10% off all wine and tours

    • 6 Bottle: 15% off wine, tours; complimentary Reserve Tour for 2 (1× year)

    • 12 Bottle: 20% off wine, 30% off tours; complimentary Reserve Tour for 4 (1× year)

  • 6 & 12 Bottle members receive one complimentary Reserve Tour per year. Member must be present, and tours are not transferable as gifts. All tours include the standard tier discount on additional guests.

  • Yes — members get first access to limited releases, library wines, and member-only allocations. Notifications go out via email before public release.

Our team responds within one business day. Reach out about anything — joining, gifting, customization, allergies, holds, or special requests.
